I don't think you can use cat fish for sashimi so cut it clean it, and deep fry it there is nothing as good as a cat fish fry with coleslaw, and hush puppies.

Make lil fish shaped sushi's and drop them in the tank. If they sink they're okay but if they float you gotta flush em.
