Whatever happened to V-Formation, Inc.?

There used to be this company in New Jersey which made roller hockey inline skates with wheels that were cambered in a V-shape. They also did products under the Nexed label. They don't seem to be around anymore - or are they?

I think they were bought out by CCM Koho

yuuup and CCM is making a fortune off of the wheel design
