at work none of the pcs can connect. Modem is supposedly working. Have had 2 tech guys out and no one can fix it. Someone said something about a firewall. But it does not show even on the main/server pc. Any suggestions?

First, you have to check if you are sharing internet connections via one modem. Perhaps you have a proxy server setup at work. If that's the case, then you have to define the right proxy server in your internet browser settings.

If there is a firewall configured in your network, then check the policy configuration and make sure that http and https protocols are allowed

1. ensure availabily if service from your ISP
2. Try disabling the firewall. If this works, the prob is with the firewall
3. Format (or just =>re install drivers)
