i would choose
razr, if i wanted lot of features, slim and sexy phone that i do not have trouble carrying around. also you get the complete data cable software etc... alongwith the phone.
Nokia 6630 - if were a person who wants to connect to the net using the cell phone as wireless modem as this is a 3g phone. high on speed.
Nokia 6230, if i wanted a small bar phone by default

get the moto v3i awesome phone when compared with others plus can use micro memory card up to 1G i love it had NOKIAS and samsung but moto is best cool colors here in china can be had in purple, maroon silver and next week in lime green all in one package mp3, camera web and more specially here in china ll Sim unlocked and every little bit of moto functions work none are obstructed by networks go for the D&G one (dolce Gabbana you will love the V3i razr

It depends on your needs.
Nokia are know to have better reception and be very user friendly
Moto especially the ravr and slvr have bad reception but lots of cool extras.

razr is a flap kind of phone so the display of it wont be long lasting...... whereas i prefer 6630 because its a damn good mobile... even i used it... its simply the best
