This is a follow-on Q suggested by someone's answer to another related Q posed by me. I am interested in real answers, not the annoyingly empty babble of Yahoo Answers point-gamers which I intend to refer to, from here on out, as "Yahoo Brats."

BTW, some of the goals is OK with me as I could not reduce the expectation of the Q by inserting the word "some." I ran into the 110 character Q-box restriction again!

I know Yahoo brats like the first two are as easily offended as they are stupid. And still they come and infest the Q's in Yahoo Answers.

To lindavankerhof,

looking over my Q, I realize I made the mistake of using the word "Justice" in two different senses--one refereing to the ideal concept of Justice and one as a substitute for the word "legal."

Rephrasing the Q: What are (some of ) the goals of a Legal System (or if you prefer (a system of laws) that supports (the ideal of )Justice (over its rules of procedure & the appearance of Justness)?"

It's nice when you don't have to condense a Q because you aren't obliged to compress it to fit the 110 charcter constraints of the Q- box

"As you sow, you shall surely reap." That's justice.

Don't be such a Yahoo-weenie.

In modern Law following the procedure came to MEAN justice.
Just take a look at the US Constitution. One of the most important right is outlined in the constitution is: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without DUE PROCESS of law;"[1]

Note the emphasis on the "Due Process" i.e. PROCEDURE. In modern courts following procedure is the DEFINITION of Justice. Therefore if court's decision was reached via a proper procedure -- it is just.
So the System that emphasizes Justice is the the SAME as the system that emphasizes procedure.

Thus to answer your question:
Justice System that supports Justice has a goal of setting up a adequate Legal Procedure and following it.

I don't really get your question. Could you maybe elaborate, or reword it?
