Please log on to the following weblink to download a bootable disk. This link also contains bootdisk for OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer) Version of Operating System.

http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

Try it out and check. Have a nice time ahead...

YES!! Just follow the easy steps below:

To create an MS-DOS startup disk
The MS-DOS startup disk you create will allow you to boot into MS-DOS.

Insert a floppy disk into your computer's floppy drive.
Open My Computer, and then click the floppy disk drive to select it.
On the File menu, point to the name of the floppy drive, and then click Format.
Under Format options, click Create an MS-DOS startup disk.
Click Start.
Important

Creating an MS-DOS startup disk erases all information on the floppy disk.
Notes

To open My Computer, click Start, and then click My Computer.
The MS-DOS startup disk only allows the system to boot into an MS-DOS prompt. The disk contains no additional tools.

This is what it looks like:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP" /fastdetect

If Win98 is on C: and XP is on drive D: the boot.ini would look like this:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
C:\ = "Microsoft Windows"

If this is your case, open this iso up with a program such as Winiso or Magiciso replacing the standard boot.ini with your modified one to reference your xp install which is on your d: drive.

Better yet, you might just want to just go to your root drive and copy it's boot.ini into this image with one of the above mentioned programs replacing the one that's on here which is referencing xp being installed on c:.

use a cd.........or get nlite to make a bootable cd fpr xp
