I don't agree - nobody can escape from being themselves even if they're not acting their usual self - you are still yourself because it is you performing the action etc. Do you see what I mean?

why do people say"just be your self" then give advice on how you should be, i'm confused but thats me not you so you must not be me and i must be me meaning you are you.
