i feel very tired of all the things i have to do, it's what i must pay to reach my dream, im willing to do them, and happy wt it, but sometimes i feel i can't go on? i lose time and energy, what shall i do then ?

Give urself a break... Learn to enjoy life as it is... U can never reach such dream when ur body breaks, ok? God bless!

It sounds as though you are exhausted. Is it possible to take a break from your activities and get caught up on your rest? It is also possible you are feeling overwhelmed by your obligations...is there any way you could streamline your schedule some? It is very important you take some time for yourself periodically...or you will bend from the weight of it all. You might also be suffering from a mild form of depression...and it will leave you feeling very fatigued. This would be sign that you need to slow down some, reconsider your options, and take stock of where you are at presently. I urge you to place a priority on a break of some kind...or you will only function minimally. Find something relaxing to do that will help you clear your mind and restore your spirits. If you need ideas on how to relax; you can always post another question for additional suggestions. Peace.

Vacation!! Reaching your dream will be much more fulfilling if you have some fun along the way. You know what they say.... Life is what happens while you're making plans.......... All work and no play makes you a dull girl. No wonder you're low... Have some fun!!

Talk to someone. Eat something which makes you happy (like ice-cream or chocolate), but don't over-indulge. Watch a funny movie. Write your problems down, then burn the paper. Throw out old clothes. Meditate.

practice some breathing exercises/go for a long drive away from the maddening crowd/spend time with uer pet/watch the latest blockbuster/listen to some soothing music

pour your heart out to someone you trust, then after you feel a little better, start anew. make a list of all the things you wanna do and tell yourself you can do it :)

and learn to appreciate what you do have
