plain and simple honey, tell tell tell. tell her how u feel dont just say i love you u no wen u 2 are cuddling, take her by the arms, look in her eyes so u no she is listening good, and say, i do really love you and make sure she is looking at you wen u say it, dont let her go until she replies

I wouldn't make a fuss in front of a bunch of people, you may get hurt. Ask her out, you won't know unless you do. Does she talk to you at all or is your admiration from afar. Don't toture yourself, just ask her, then you will know for sure. Don't get super high expectation, but be confident that you are good enough for her and it is her loss if she says no. Just be yourself
If it is a girl that you are seeing, be spontaneous with fun things. Telling someone you love them and showing them that you love them are different things. Girls like romance, get romantic

If u say u love her- you should be well aware of how to show her yourself. You can tell her you love her but its not just words you need to work it out for yourself
