If you love the girl from the core of your heart then you should tell her. She deserves to know what she has in account. You should tell her without fearing the outcome. Tell her each and every thing that you feel about her with complete truth. If she says yes then congrats from me. If she doesn't then try to figure what is going on her mind and what's the reason or problem. If you can erase the problem, erase it. Also, try to know what she wants from you and what she thinks about you.To do all these you should take her in confidence.

go and make her as a friend and know whether she is interested in "love". if she interested then express your love straight forward.
dont use any kind of medium to express it. before expressing make sure that what kind opinion she is having on you
