As the US seeks more and more acceptability in our diverse world of many ethnic groups, they will eventually gear towards hiring a Black President simply to cover up the mistakes. They’ve done it in schools, universities and even work. So why not hire someone who is of African decent to represent the country…especially during times of war…and other crisis. “Sure, it shouldn’t be because of one’s skin tone, or hair texture that denies one at the door” BUT IT IS!!... and the sad thing is that if I had been white, I am afraid that I could possibly have been brainwashed by my parents as well. But thank God that I’m not It has nothing to do with intelligence. In fact, I truly believe that white babies, the minute they are born, they are taught to think “superiority” and show resentment to black kids as they age because you see…they feel that their white skin will buy their way to prosperity…wealth…and I bet some are even daring to think that being white is the next good thing close to being perfect or Godly….You hate me now!, but the truth is you have always hated me. Ask yourself…Is being white eternal? Some of you may believe that it truly is.
White America will not vote sincerely and clear-heartedly for a black president, simply because he/she is BLACK… Nothing can undo the past, but we as humanity, will be surprised as to what the future holds, and this is when white folks will wake up and smell the coffee perhaps…pretend that they’ve had black folks as friends all they’re lives…We all know how fake you, however, only time will tell.

Yes. I believe it. But I don't think its going to be under the precedence that he's black. I know that there are many great men..far beyond capable to run this country that are black and their color has nothing to do with it
I guess the only thing it does have to do with it..is if people can look beyond there prejudices and see the great leader that lies in him!

Edited: I want to agree with the person above me!! I love Condi and think she would make an amazing President!!!

There's no reason race or sex should matter... just their views and their competance as a leader. I'd imagine that when people get over the fact that shapes and colors don't really mean anything, we'll have presidents of any variety you like.

After enough affluent blacks learn to vote conservative, they may be able to help elect one of their own. I don't think black Democrats are taken seriously by the mainstream of their party.

I think you will see a woman elected, first That woman could be Condie Rice [ yeah, I know :-) ]

I believe that we will eventually have both a black and a woman president. There are too many ambitious, intelligent and capable black and females who will run and eventually get elected.

I'm hoping Condi Rice runs. She would make a hell of a president.
