How delete Data Miners and Tracking cookies?

Question

I installed Ad-Ware personal and it detects and shows me many files infected. Latest time: Type = Reg data, data miner.
The other type of file Ad-ware shows as a threat is: Type=
IECache, a Tracking Cookie.

Hi Robotica. Do you mean Adaware? OK, after adaware does its scan, all you have to do is check all the little boxes on the left side of the window which identify all the nasties you have. Then click the "Next" button on the bottom right hand side of the window. The next screen that comes up will say that so many files will be deleted. You just click the OK or the Yes button and presto, all those tracking cookies and data miners will be gone. If you have the free version of Adaware, it will not prevent these kinds of spy-ware from getting on your computer. It can only delete them . I would suggest therefore that you scan your computer a minimum of once a week.

2) In IE , Try Going into tools /internet options /privacy and click ,advanced and override auto cookie handling and check off block 3rd party cookies

3) If u have ZoneLabs Internet Security, then go to Privacy (on LHS) N then set the security level to desired..

4) If u want to Delete the tracking cookies , U can do that in SAFE MODE

5) U can Also Install Ad-Watch which will keep a Log of all the activities related with internet

Ad-Aware Personal is no good when deletng but good at detecting only.
Ad-Aware Professional is good with a monitor and good removal tools.
Upgrade it or download a better anti-spyware such as Spybot S&D.

Ad-Aware will do it for you. Just identify what you want it to trash, and it will do so. I use it regularly.
