Have you checked the power steering fluid, lines, and pump? Are your tires good, rotated, and aligned? After you check that, get back to me.

This question is very basic. You need to supply more information. I would say first to have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you look at the ball joints and tie rod ends. You probably have a bad tie rod end. Good luck.
