Is self concept word can be interchangeably used with self esteem?

They are both specific concepts. Seligman isolated self esteem as a positive psychological concept, while self concept is from a different stream of literature. If you wanted, you could use the specific instruments that measure each concept and try to make a case that there is enough overlap that they might as well be the same, but I believe that Seligman already made the case strongly that they are distinct.
Some have held that self esteem is similar to self efficacy, but self efficacy has been isolated by Bandura as a distinct construct.

it might be possible for a psych test to determine the self concept AND measure self esteem, but i would be surprised.
