So far, my grandson (who just turned 1) will eat anything.... :) but something I've often done is mixing a couple of raw eggs into some pre-cooked rice, you can add anything to it that he likes - cheese, finely chopped or mashed veggies or meat, some kind of mild seasoning or sauce for flavor.... then stir it all in a pan over a medium-low heat till the eggs are cooked.

If he objects to eggs, it's ok because by the time you're done, he'll never be able to tell there are eggs in there.... unless he saw you put them in or you left the shells on the counter. ;) Eggs go with everything, just check your fridge or pantry and use your imagination. :)

You could try "Chuckie Egg" I didn't like eggs as a child but I loved this...... Soft boil and egg or two, then peel off the shells. Put in a mug and add milk and butter, mash it up with a fork until it is just small chunks of egg and add salt and pepper to taste. As your child is young i wouldn't suggest serving with Soldiers (Thin Strips of toast) just yet, but that's the perfect accompaniment.

If he doesn't like eggs... just give him something else instead?

You could always try making a little omlette... use tomatoes or what ever vegetable he likes and a bit of cheese.... my little sister used to love them.

If he still doesn't like that, what about putting the scrambled egg in a sandwich with ham or something?

One of my personal favs - bacon and egg pie!

When I was a child I didn't like eggs either so my Mother would make Flan or in French Creme Caramel. I had no idea it had eggs in it! LOL.

It has sugar (not sure how you feel about that) and is really a dessert but it has a lot of eggs, milk. As far as deserts go it's very nutritious.
Hope this works!

I just made this for my 8 month old the other day, it's simple and she loved it, i only used the yolk thou but it will work with the whole egg.

I beat the egg, put it in the fry pan and cook it like scrambled eggs, add some chopped up bacon, cook some spaghetti and mixed them together, and that's it, simple and yum.
