When Israel got out of Lebanon six years ago - Hezbollah filled in the vacuum- Hezbollah have been amassing missiles made in Syria and Iran ever since.
Hezbollah crossed over the border kidnapped 2 border patrol soldier and killed 8 other soldiers trying to rescue them.
Hezbollah has been raining down missiles specifically on civilian cities and is terrorizing the whole northern front.
Lebanon - sent Syria packing when they had a mini revolution but they still allowed Hezbollah terrorists to be on there borders

The conflict was designed to remove the Iraq invasion from the pulic scrutiny, and it ha sworked.
With a little more propaganda, they and the US will be able to justify an invasion of Iran.

Hezbollah captured 2 Israeli soldiers and were holding them in hopes of exchanging them for prisoners held by Israel.
Israel decided to fight instead of negotiate.

The only reason for invading Lebanon was...the kidnap of...2 soldiers...
