Most of the poverty in Africa is caused by their corrupt governments.
So, it could be argued that the people are too lazy and/or stupid to do something about their governments. No government stands without at least the tacid approval of the people. Freedom isn't free.

No, it is caused by the rich countries whom for several centuries has taken out of Africa people, mineral, and freedom. The imperialistics have not left democracy behind when they left and they have accepted for too long all the military dictators such as Idi Amin ... Thats what is lazy and stupid - and put in addition from me: ignorant

No. Poverty in Africa is caused by lack of education. Most Africans don't know what they're capable of and don't get any formal education.

naw, i think its.... better yet, i know its caused bcuz its so hot over dere and dey have droughts and crap. u know, not all of dem have access 2 da Nile. and bcuz of dat, they dont have water and food and bcome weak, and dont have the strenghth, or however u spell it to go out and work, and all of us dats sittin @ home on da pc at 4 in da mornin dont need 2 talk bcuz we too stupid 2 send dem money and food bcuz we 2 stupid and lazy to do it! so step, cuz dem mah pplz. naw, im just playin, but it is true.
