i donot have dumbells or dont have the time to go to the gym plz tell some easy exc and i donot want muscles protuding either just skinny arms.

- tie some stones or weights with a big bandanna to your arms/ wrists/ ankles while you do your chores around the house
- use a jug filled with water or sand/stones if you want it heavy, instead of dumbbells

well do lifting with your clothes like if you are you going to clean your room then just do workouts then! 2 in 1 situation

do push ups and slowly increase your body angle until you are doing hand stand push ups(while leaning on a wall, I don't mean to imply that you should learn how to do a hand stand)
