An entrepreneur uses his drive, imagination and know-how to come up with the idea of a business and then sets it up.
The manager is the guy, who does not have enough drive, imagination or know-how and is employed by the entrepreneur to run his business.

Enterpreneur - Someone who organizes a business venture and assumes the risk for it. Someone who sets the Vission and Mission for the org.

Manager - Someone who controls resources and expenditures and executes the vision and mission set by the enterpreneur

An entrepreneur is a person who makes up a product and puts it into market, whille a manager is a person who manages or controls the production or the means of the production of that certain product.
