No they would not be ugly. They would be less beautiful. Since we are all accustomed to our look with makeup we probably just look plain - not stand out.
When its done right, make up just accentuate our natural beauty.

I have been all over the world and seen beautiful women everywhere... sometimes its the way they look on the outside, most often it is the way they act that makes them beautiful

NO! Beauty comes from within, I only use make-up to give me confidence and enhance my best features, a lot of make-up just makes you look like a doll or ever worse, so least it best.

No. They would look less sexy because that is what makeup does simulate the sexual blush.

it will not look ugly if they do it perfectly. some does not learn to do it and use it, so it looks ugly.
