Help me! How can I study English the best, first listening!?

Reading is best starting way. Firstly accumulate your vocab; then in the same time try to listen to some news which speak slower (not BBC) and watch some simple English shows and movies.
When u get better, listen to BBC and movies which talks more.
Remember, reading is always important, which is the essential way to learn new words.
