God is Love, he who abides in Love,
Abides in God, and God abides in him.
Let me tell you about the Power of Love; it will make you come home early, stay out all night long.
Love is my religion. The Universe my country and Earth is a little backwater town where I keep my stuff. My race is Human.
Love is gives us the power to tame wild beast, like cats, birds,dogs, apes, of all types, including the beastly Human within us all to a loftier position.
Love should liberate the individual, family, community,& society. The 3 commandments given to all Prophets is to Love the God with all your heart, soul, & mind, Love your neighbor as you Love yourself. Love the God, your neighbor, & yourself are required for a full life. Loving Love is Loving the God. An atheist who Loves is not an athesit in my opinion.
There are other words that can be subsituted in the 3 commandments to describe Love. Understanding,Respect, Trust, Give, or Help.
Love is one. the God is one. Man is one.
We are the fruits of one branch,the branches of one tree.
We are the extensions of the God through the evolution of the Universe. Know that the power of God sees through all eyes, hears through all ears, and works through hands.
Love does not care who Loves it. Love is necessary for true realization. Remove it and despair will replace it. Love is beauty, truth, & spirit misunderstood. Love is inspiring.
Loving to learn and learning to Love. Love of Arts & Science has progressed Humans more than all the wars and soldiers in full battle array. Love brings Peace. Love is Healing. Love is Living and Life itself. Love is beyond death and the grave. Love lights the dark & shadowed places, illuminating the mind. Love of Truth can make one withstand the torture of the unenlightened.
Love is kindness to the creatures of the God. It is 72 prayers of thanx for the food put before you. Love is self accountability so that one can service the community. Love is self reliability so that one is not an unnecessary burden on another.
Love is not the stranglehold of the insecure, nor is it a lever for emotional blackmail. Love is understanding often times risking not being understood. Love is Logical. Love is vital. Love is funtional.

What is love?
I only know that I feel warmth and happiness when I am near him,
I feel a great truth and understanding when I talk to him,
I feel as though I am the sun, the moon, the stars, the trees when we are together.
Is this love? And isn't this better than love could ever be?

I think true love is when you could never express what you are truly feeling with words or even actions. Nothing is enough to show that person what you really feel.

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.
