No, that isn't true. My daughter ate her first semi-solid food when she was just a few weeks old and she still eats baby food and she is now 16 months old. She doesn't eat much now but she still likes the baby cookies and finger foods. She also eats regular food.

All kids are different. At 6 months i started to give my son a combination of baby food and our food (liquidised.) As he got older i made food more lumpy, but he preferded baby food intil he was 15 months, when he suddenly started to refuse baby food. Baby food is really bland, and i think up until a certain age their taste buds cant really handle strong flavours. But as they mature, they begin to like more flavours, and baby food probably tastes pretty boring!

Haven't had that problem yet. Sometimes our son will get "table" food, and sometimes he still gets Gerber Lv 3 jars. What he enjoys doesn't depend on if it's baby food or not, just on his tastes. Sometimes he still likes being fed, though most of the time he prefers to feed himself.

I had a subject matter with my son spitting up so the pediatrician said I commence at 4 months with rice cereal. I probably may have all started besides because they say you may want to commence even as your infant seems drawn to what you're eating and could open it is mouth even as provided a spoon. My son grabbed the spoon and shoved it to his mouth! the images are sensible!

No its not completely true. However i think its
better for them. as long as your diet is healthy.

Remember children need lots of fat for growth
and the function of their brain. If you do not
give them this they can develop learning difficulties
and growth problems. Also hormones are effected
by lack of fat...and also contribute to failure to thrive.

Make sure to give him/her

Whole Unhomogenized Milk
Whole Milk Yogurt
Lots of Eggs ( organic )
