Hi,
First go to www.download.com and download winzip. Its a software needed to unzip files sent in zip format. Once you have done that double click on the zipped picture file and it will open a winzip wizard. Follow the steps and you should be able to view the file. If you want to send the files to someone else, just unzip those files and then attach them or use the zipped file only. As for why the snaps are using 10.5kb I can't answer that without knowing what find of snaps they are after all you even get snaps that take up 1mb of space.

Yahoo has royally screwed up their e mail (straightforward and new variations). i pick the "in between" version decrease back! each and each and every time I ahead an e mail with pictures, it is going out as a zipper record meaning the receiver has to open each and each and every photo personally. it truly is a huge soreness for the receiver. Is there any answer to provide up this, except switching from ATT/Yahoo? Jerry
