in C.A. there is a thing called the three strikes law. not all felonys are strikeable offences. they have to be on the list. i am wondering if involantary is within the scope of manslaughter. the difference: it was an accident...understand?

Your prayers have been answered as long as the person involved in the situation wasn't at the time committing any criminal act. For example, if a person were fleeing from a bank robbery and mistakingly hit and killed someone with their car while leaving the scene of the crime, although this would be involuntary manslaughter, it would be considered a third strike felony because it was an end result of a criminal activity. Hope I could be of some help. Peace.
