Don't you think we should be able to choose a worst answer on yahoo answers? Most people who answer my questions have the worst answers, not the best.

If people can abuse the system by answering poorly, I'm pretty sure the askers can abuse this priveledge as well. Unfortunately, selecting answers as worst would lead to flame wars and discourage answerers who were selected as worst unfairly. If the worst answers are going to be highlighted, there are probably some people who would even go out of their way to give poor answers and get more attention.

However, I'd recommend you familiarize yourself with the community guidelines: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php

If an answer violates any of those guidelines, you can use the Report Abuse option and the staff will review it. If the staff decides to remove it, the answerer will also be docked ten points and receive a notification, which could prevent some users from answering questions where they're not trying to help out.
