my phone didnt come with a cord to connect it to the computer, so i use my sisters..who has the same phone...anyway, its been working, until today. i connected it and was transferring pictures, then it suddenly said the connect was broken..so i closed the program and started over...but now it wont work!! can anyone help me with this?

Motorola's are notorious for having problems communicating with PCs. Reboot both your computer and your phone. Make sure that your PC is on, connect the cable to the PC first, then connect the RAVR to the usb cable. Let your computer find the new device. Also, not all carriers use the same program with Motos, so if you and you sis have different carriers, this can also cause a problem. Finally, and time you finish with your transfers, "eject" the phone safely by using the icon next to the clock in your system tray on your PC. Then turn you phone off, then back on. Good luck.

Check the battery life. Reboot the Computer. If the Cable is in good condition and not liable to be broken inside, it should work. The Razr comes with a CD too. If nothing works, reload the program from the CD and it should start working.
