Good Question- i guess, except not all GUYS lie.
weird thing...when i was in Second Grade i had aSlumber Party @ my Parents House with all the Guys from my Soccer Team there. (Most all maybe 2 didn't make it)-
Anyway sometime before we fell asleep one guy suggested we measure ourselves with a Ruler. [ too keep it Honest 2 @ a time went in the closet where the Light was turned on during "measuring time"]
It seemed odd that one guy suggested it- i had never giveb the size much thought- Maybe it was 'cuz he had a teenage brother and had heard something, but a second friend ( also had teenage brother) SECONDed the notion so all were measured.
this included one poor guy that had acast up to his hip from a Family Ski-trip injury ( he "measured off" on the floor and didn't have to go to the Closet ) i don't recall any of the measurements except to say that there was NOT a great difference in them.
- i personally did not feel comfortable about the whole situation but it went down ( NO pUN iNTENDed)
i don't recall ever having given it much thought until i was in highscool myself and had a Girlfriend. i measured then both arroused & unarroused (never shared the info w/anyone)
Now i wonder is my _________inch aroused a Normal "" size??
doesn't matter!! I believe it is an immature person that is concerned with the Penis size. maybe it stems from the thought of procreating... if well endowed (well hung) you may have better chance of 'Throwing' children??
it's not the size of THE PACKAGE in the FIGHT-
it's the SIZE of the FIGHT in the PACKAGE...or how well you work with what you GOT. ?right??

I guess cos they're insecure about it, and think that bigger is better? Probably the first penis they saw other than their own was when they were little boys, they saw their dad's .. and that must have looked humungous compared to their own .. maybe that subconsciously stays with them as the "ideal" size and so they think they could never "measure up"?!
I've noticed that most men, even if they don't lie about it (I actually haven't met any who lied) seem to think that theirs isn't big enough, and are always looking for reassurance that it is. I also discovered that some women will lie about the size of their man's penis being bigger than it actually is.
I guess the whole thing is a hang-up that people have about "size matters". Apparently it doesn't, both from a pleasure perspective and a reproductive one, but that's just the perception people have.

well I think most of them lie about it because the woman on the other end of the net will never see it is person. besides if they do hook up then it will be very depressing to the woman to find out that this man that told her his penis was bigger then it really is a lower then dirt. I say tell the truth, because the woman ask will find someone who says he has bigger every time she asks. well that is only my opinion. take it or leave it the choice is yours.

I have a small penis. Am I lying? Who knows! Maybe I say that because it really is small or; it's so Huge that don't want to run women away. So I just try to stay away from the size thing all together. -progress.

Insecurity, Men feel that if they have a small penis that makes them less of a man. We do the same thing with height, we always like to pretend we are bigger than we are.
I would love to tell you that we grow out of it. But we don't.

Insecurity, they really want to satisfy women without really trying give a whole lot of effort.
Guys that have faced having having a small penis, they go out of their way usually.

because there are not enough numbers in the world to describe my size, so I just tell people it's smaller to keep things simple.
