i would hope so but then again logiclly speaking more blood will get to your **** without the implants but its just more logical to say that since the more blood that can get inside the tit the faster it would heal so id get it pierced before the implants

No reason why not - it isn't a nipple implant after all.

Although probably best to get a qualified person to do it for you rather than doing it yourself.

I think you better let us see, just to be sure we are giving the right advice - lol.

Seriously, yes i've heard of it being done; nipple is seperate (if you know what i mean) from the bulk of the breast.

Just tell the person thats doing it you have had them enhanced.

yes you can the operation involves a slit cut into the actual breast, the softer bits above the nipple and the implant is places through the slit. the nipples arent effected whatsoever.

I've seen women with (obviously) enhanced breasts whom also have nipple piercings.

ask the doctor, just to be safe. Also you would have to get a good person to pierce it cos if you don't, they might miss.

If you are going to mangle your body with implants , why would you be so concerned about the effects of piercings?

I have that procedure done.I wouldnt do it in a million years, better safe than sorry.I mean the implants are inside the muscle,I would not risk it.you dont want to take the chance of infections.
