Here is a link to the old Cash Box charts, which in the mid-1970s were more reliable than Billboard. They were released weekly, so there are four lists for April 1974. I hope that US rankings are what you wanted...

As it changes on a daily basis you would need 11,688 top ten charts including the leap years.

no, but you can get them all online, try asking for top ten uk chart hits 1974. it should bring them all up for you
