is there a way that the x box scratches the disks? and how can I fix the problem

usually playing dvd's on you system will mess it up cause it's not really made for playing dvd's it's made for gaming and that usually leads to misreading your games and so on. you can try contacting the company or taking it in store to see what can be done.

Well, try not to move or shake the xbox while its on. If you do the disk might scratch. If you need any more help with xbox or xbox 360 go a head and ask me

well it does get spun around on that plastic case holder on the inside so its possible but the laser is what reads from it and i dont think its preventable if its the plastic causing the scratching on your disc

Many Xbox Consoles have this problem, and they won't fix it or replace your ruined disc. Better luck next time.
