What (if any) laws are there in canada against employers refusing to give your paycheck? My current employer refused to pay me because I "havent given them" my direct deposit information (I refuse to give it after they "lost" my banking info i gave them the last 4 times...). What kind of actions can I take?

Oh my....does Canada have a Labor Department? You need to contact them. In the US, for every day you do not have a paycheck...and they are reported to the Labor Board...they have to pay you like a $100 a day!!
