it depends... if it was a comment he said with no intention to hurt you or insult you then yes forgive him. it happens that people sometime say bad things without they know how much it hurts... they think they are funny and they don't know what really hurts and what not...
see the way he treats others, does he always make funny comments that hurt them?! you can decide what his intention was and you can figure out if he is worth forgiving.
by the way, if you feel like it is ok and you wanna forgive him do not let things go as if nothing happened. you have to talk to him, tell him what hurted you and tell him in a serious accent that this is gonna be the last time you ever let him hurt you or insult you.

no. If he was really insulting ( about you being flat chested), I wouldn't let him get away with it.
I once made a similar comment to a woman (not about her chest, but the result was just as bad), and she told her bf who was living with me and my brother that she was pissed at what I'd said.
About a month, or so later, which was the next time I saw her, I felt that I had to apologize for my comment, and the way I was behaving at the time. Luckily for me she had cooled off by then, cause I was warned to stay away from her for a while (some temper on her).

Do not let sick personal opinion of a stupid guy harm your self esteem, Boobs may mean a lot some guys, it means nothing to many like me. The beauty is in totality, could in any form or shape. Attitude matters more than any thing else.
