i need to know the exact volume that i should use from that bottle to prepare that 0.1 M solution

First of all it depends on your final volume!

C1V1=C2V2=>

V1=(C2/C1)V2
You know C2=0.1 M. You need to find the concentration from your concentrated solution in mole/l

35% means 35 gr/100ml =>350 gr/lt
Thus C1=350/MW =350/36.5 = 9.59 M

So you have

V1= (0.1/9.59)*V2 where V2 is the volume you want to prepare

Put V1 into a proper volumetric cylinder and add water up to V2.
Don't forget to mix well with a stirer...
