pushup bras

I did see in a magazine, where there was these illustrations of a woman holding in her hands a tennis ball on either side, up to shoulder height. She was pushing with both hands; squeezing it more like it.

I was reading on where this purportedly was an exercise to both strengthen the muscles preventing sagging and increasing breast size. Personally, I think it's more urban legend than anything.

Surgery's pretty much the only way to ampilfy what nature already gave you, if that's what you really want to do.

there are padded and uplifting bras available
that enhance a woman's appearance.
talk to your gynecologist about this.

keep in mind there are organizations that specialize
in women's concerns.
for example women who have had breasts removed
due to breast cancer have support places to turn to,
to return to an optimal appearance.
give them a try.

Good luck!
