Not normally, a few years ago I found it hard to breathe when my symptoms were really bad. Have you tried avoiding dairy products as they will make the symptoms worse.

I have hay fever, asthma and a lung disease (sarcoidosis) and am taking many different treatments including steroid nasal spray (nasacort) cetirizine for hay fever, 2 different sprays for asthma and tablets including prednisolone. Also nebulizer 3 times a day. Hot weather and lack of air make life very difficult some times. Hay fever can also be very debilitating. You need to find out, which I did via blood tests, what you are allergic to. Im allergic to grass pollen and dust mites. Also check with doc as you may also have asthma. Good luck.

Yes, but also be careful you have not got a type of asthma as well that is causing your breathless, it can pay to see a doc just to be on the safe side.
