My computer and my flash drive are infected "flashy"?

And there is no folder options in my computer. Flashy can't be deleted. I did format my flashy drive several times but it comes back everytime. When I save folder in my flash drive I can't open it because of flashy and it becomes to hidden file. Without folder option I can't show the hidden file. I have no idea how to solve this problem anymore. Anyone has any idea?
