Best virus protection? That would most likely be prevention through watching what you download, what websites you visit, and what e-mails you open with HTML ability instead of simple text format.

Outside that, in the sources are a list of virus scanners for Macs. Never listen to someone that says Macs can't get viruses. They may have less viruses developed then that of Windows based machines, but thats due to a lower percentage using Macs and there being less targets.

MAC has like one virus which spreads by stupid people accepting files over the instant messenger. I ain't saying MACs are completely secure, but antivirus software isn't going to protect you from a hacker. MACs are more secure than windows. Usually you have to enter a password to modify anything system related. Windows does not protect any of those files that viruses can modify to screw up your entire system.

Nothing! You don't need an anti-virus program for a Mac... there are no known virus' designed to attack a Mac, only PC's!
