The easiest way is the "no-hassle" way. When you see her, say that you were on your way to lunch or Starbucks, or Dairy Queen (any place will do), and ask if she wants to come with. This way there is no pressure on her (since you were already going there), and no pressure on you, because if she says no, it's not necessarily a rejection (she just might be busy now). Try those kinds of things first, and leave the official "date asking" for later, when you've developed a good rapport.

Might i say first Awww bless to Black Widow.
You could ask would you like to go out for dinner. Dont do cinema as this is not a social event on a first date get to know each other rather than sitting in silence.

to make it more romantic...tell her she looks beautiful today!..make sure she is flirting back with you ...otherwise can end in a turn down..
Ask would you like to go on a date sometime...that is sometimes more casual which makes the gal think you want to take it slow! (good way!) ..will you go out with me is kinda...hmmm...dunno but asking her on a date is more sophisticated...and..hhmmm...just better from a girls point of view!

the best way is to be direct.
but first, you need to make sure you look decent and are neatly dressed. (bonus points if your hair is groomed and you smell nice)
women like to be buttered up a bit and to be told how nice they are, pretty etc, so be sure to say something positive about her as you build-up to the question, BUT be sure not to overdo it with the buttering up, as it comes out insincere and makes you look like an idiot.
be nice, charming, sincere and SMILE. be relaxed. and be sure to come off as a nice, genuine guy. girls cannot stand creeps.

u can invite her for something and u have to be very determinded because mostly girls r rejecting for first time, not because they dont like to go out, its only to show some prestige.
but u will break that prestige when u let her down

start flirting with her and if she responds equally, take it slow and get to know her a bit better and then slip it in somewhere
