Yes,
Jesus changed the world,
The Blessed Virgin Mary Changeded the World. What if she would have said No. We can assume anything we want but She was the one who said Yes to God.

We all change the world just by being in it. Even people who seemingly can't contribute anything, change the world.

the way we live our lives we all teach others. We can teach as a good example or our lives can be a warning.

We can chang the world by a prayer or a care.
By doing, becoming or just by being.

God Bless You, ;-)

Of course. Look at any historical figure. Each was a single person, changing the world in some manner. Even non-famous people change the world. Look at each of these people's mothers for instance. What would have happened to the world if they had an abortion or committed suicide before their famous child was born. Would they not have also changed the world? Because we do not live in a vacuum, each and every one of us will change the world in some manner. Our words and actions will affect someone else, and then they will affect someone else, and they will affect another, and so on and so forth. The difference, however is in how much affect each person will have.

It depends on the context. One man can breath and he just changed the world, ever so slightly, but the world is forever changed trillions of times every second this way.

One person can change their local environment and society with a little more effort, but still not on a scale that would be world-changing.

They could do it indirectly, by influencing others. But single-handedly? No, that would have to be one helluva guy, like a....
superman!

There is no reference point. I'm left in the dust. Every animal and creature changes the world. Every living thing. And I wouldn't even say they changed the world, they were created of the world. The world changes, there, that is the most accurate answer.

Change the world how?

If you are speaking in philosophical terms...yes. According to the ideas of Chaos Theory, I am changing the world right now by responding to your question, and you will change the world when you read my answer (and everyone else's answers).
If your statement is just another self-defeating ponderance illustrating the endless plight of the one against the many.....no.

Yeas,
Hitler changed the world.
Elizabeth I changed the world.
