The longest sensory and motor neurons are essentially the same length, and that is the length from the spinal cord to the muscles at the tip of the toes or to the sensory nerve endings at the tip of the toes. That distance would be about 1m.

I have never seen a number quoted for the length of the average sensory neuron or motoneuron

they could be as long as 1 metre long as much as i know
