Living in San Diego, California (which has among the best climates in the world), I would have to say no.
I would love to see what it is like living in other countries like Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland (to name a few) but not because of the climate. I am genuinely interested in those countries.

i've been thinking about leaving the United states ever since middle school. Now that i'm old enough and have sufficent funds i'm out of here. But not because of the climate. Because the united states is crap.
