One cannot eliminate stress, indeed we need stress to keep us going. It is our own reactions to stress that cause the problems. I reccomend meditation, yoga, or tai chi to help you manage your nervousness. Taking time out of your day to practice one or more of these things will also help you develop a more positive way of dealing with your stressors. Remember, it is not the stress that causes the problem, but our own reactions to it, thus if the reaction is changed....we will feel less "stressed out".

Have you talked with a mental health professional, particularly a psychiatrist (medical doctor)? A lot of this stuff is self-generated, and not necessarily a reaction to what's going on around you. It has a lot to do with your neurochemistry. Remember the saying "Attitude is everything"? I don't know if you're male or female, but if you are female, you are probably aware of how the time of your month affects your attitude. I used to think that was a myth, but, believe me, it's not. Anyway, feeling stressed and nervous can sometimes be easily fixed by taking the right medication. You'd take insulin if you were diabetic, right? Having "bad nerves" is a physical condition, too. Go see a doctor and check out what parts of your problem are physical/biochemical.
