Mainly speaking about people from down south like Mexico El Salvador and other countries i think the most strict thing to them should be they have to just have no criminal record and if they do they already served there time and if they did they can enter america they help our society without thoose hispanics who are willing to do jobs most people don't want to do are great people they move for a better life so does anyone else agree with me when i say all they need is to be checked out for crimes or just trouble with the law and they are free because these days people i don't know if this is racist but people down near the borders are pulling over hispanic looking people to check if they are illegal and that shold stop right. the laws right now are to strict. yeah i know it's not about clebrities but what the heck.

Because

1. They don't pay taxes on the money they earn. The ones that do try to pay taxes do so with stolen/forged Social Security numbers - stolen from real people who end up catching all kinds of hell for it.

2. They get FREE health care (not really their fault, but they still exploit it and take advantage of it - a LOT), so much so that it has forced 9 emergency clinics in California to shut down.

3. The women can lie and say their "husbands" left them and then collect Welfare. Yes, welfare. So they work, send all their money out of the country back to their home, and then collect Welfare too. All while putting LEGAL aliens out of work for undercutting what they'll work for.

Those are just the main issues, and they're a HUGE hole in our economy.

I got railroaded for this answer from someone, but they main thing that I have against illegal immigrants is not being able to speak English. I go to Mexican restaurants in the US and they don't know what I 'm saying, at least they are trying.

So many illegal immigrants expect the U.S. citizens to speak their language, Spanish and we don't. My main problem is if you're coming to the U.S. learn to speak English and don't expect us to know Spanish.

I was married to a mexican and have 2, children that are part mexican, but I would never expect them to go to Mexico and make everyone else speak English. I expect the same in the U.S. Just learn English before you decide to live in the U.S.

My children get picked on to, because they look Mexican, but when they speak fluent English there really isn't a problem.

No, they do no longer income united states. it is over crowded and now no longer secure interior the streets. The unemployment cost remains rather severe, and that i'm certain if the businesses that employ illegals can be a lot less selfish and grasping, then our people may have an chance to deliver foodstuff to the table and subsequently shrink the speed of homelessness. i think that no longer all homeless people need to be homeless or it changed into no longer their determination to be. our faculties are overcrowded to boot, extra (unlawful) scholars attending and under no circumstances sufficient instructors or funds to provide the criteria (American) scholars favor to study. those are only some examples... They do rather, yet by using weighing each of the factors, the outcomes may be extra of a drain instead... I"m in touch with demanding operating persons, yet i opt to be certain those demanding operating persons doing issues legally, and under no circumstances illegally. it is only no longer accurate.

Because my hiring illegal immigrants, companies can pay lower wages for them than if they hired legal immigrants. That brings down wages for all workers because of the competition. In the construction industry, wages for all home construction workers have decreased because more companies have been hiring illegal immigrants without fear of a crackdown by the goverment.

In short, it's a source of cheap labor for corporations, and the average worker gets the pink slip as a result

America doesn't like illegal immigrants--we don't like outsiders with the audacity to break our laws, but we like benefitting from their labor...what do you think all that guest worker talk is about? benefitting from their labor while they're here then shipping them back when we're done with them...no need to grant citizenship, no need to treat them like people. who cares if they have to be seperated from their families? people shouldn't be breaking the law to come here, but it's become so hard to immigrate legally--we don't want immigrants, and when we do we want the well-educated and skilled workers not the uneducated who are struggling to survive and need a brighter future...and the process is so long that many people in desperation and with so little to look forward to in their own country--so few possibilities, risk coming illegally. there has to be a better solution to the problem...i haven't heard a good one yet.

sorry i don't agree but you answered your own question when you wrote illegal...law abiding persons do not like illegal activities...but beside the fact i think population control, welfare and social security are big issues and i think it is a great idea to make sure the person has NO criminal record before entering America though.

The problem with illegal immigrants doesn't have to do with race...It's about the fact that they aren't doing things like umm idk ....PAYING TAXES. It's not fair to the legal citizens that they have to pay to enjoy the same benefits that illegal citizens are getting for free. If people would just immigrate legally, then everything would be ok.

well see, the main reason that they are picking on hispanics are mostly because how in the world is someone from france going to cross the border from mexico? unless they go to mexico then into france... but i think that since its moslty them that are coming they are the ones that get searched.

We have laws in this country, and we do allow people to emigrate here. We only ask that they obey our laws when doing it. We have a problem with the "illegal" immigrants - we welcome the "legal" immigrants.
