soo there was a storm by my house this week and the wind made a squirrel's nest fall out of a tree. i found three other babies but they were dead. then i found this little guy in the grass. he was still alive. he can't be more than a few days old. he doesn't have any hair and his eyes aren't open yet. its really sad soo i couldn't leave him outside. i don't know if its possible to raise a squirrel. soo should i keep it or take it to a shelter?

You should take him to the nearest wildlife shelter, and they will know what to do for him...:)

keep him, my dad and older brother once found a sick and dieing squirrel at the beach. They brought him home and we kept him warm in the pouches of our sweatshirts until he got a little healthier. After several days we put him in an old lizards cage and let him run around in there. He was growing at an amazing rate and we fed him pebbles of dog food. It was really cute because he would fit 3 or 4 in his mouth and would not know what to do after that. After we had him for around a year he had grown twice his size and was very strong. We let him go to survive in the while and always hope he is still alive and doing well.

Same thing happened to my family after a storm when I was a kid. We wrapped it up in a small hand towel to keep it warm. Fed it with an eye dropper. Can't really remember too much. We ended up after a few days taking it to our vet and they saved it. I suggest talking to a vet, wild life sanctuary, or similar place to raise it. They take a lot of time and attention. Not to mention frequent feedings. Best left to the professionals.

since it has no hair..it will save you allot of time, first you need to get a med. size pan melt 1/2 stick of butter. dip squirrel in egg batter then flour evenly, fry on high heat for approx 5 Min's..serve with your favorite kool-aid. babies are the best because you don't even have to gut them.
