there is a formula to get ur BMI ( body mass index) but i'm not sure exactly what it is, it will give u a percentage of body fat based on height and body frame. it it more important that the percentage of fat is in range that the actuall number weight. just type bmi in the search box. it is probably the link the RN put too.

There is no average weight for you, simply for the reasons you've given. You've inherited DNA for big muscles and big bones; therefore due to how much you work out your weight can fluctuate and not mean you are gaining fat, but muscle. Go to your doctor and ask him/her if you are the appropriate size for your height.

Well taking into consideratin that you are big boned with muscle, I'd say about 150lb would be average. Anywhere between 135lb and 165lb is fine for your height. HTH.
