To answer your question literally, no, he will not be dominant on a nightly basis.

To answer your question realistically though, Shaq will be capable of occasionally posting big numbers. By big numbers, I mean about 28 and 15.

In two years, my prediction is, that Shaq will average about 15-17 points and 7-9 rebounds.

Is this dominant, no, but until he retires, he will be a big enough threat to keep defenses at bay, and away from Dwyane Wade. This is all Miami expects Shaq to do when he is 37, and I believe it will be enough for Miami to seriously compete for a third league title.

If you look at the Showtime Lakers teams that won their titles, Kareem was in his 40's, and averaging about 15 points per game, and this was enough for Magic Johnson to be able to carry the rest of the load.

Shaquille will lose speed and agility, but he will not lose strength, which has ALWAYS been his greatest asset.

No, he won't. Actually his personal stat were dropped obviously in last season.

With the unlimited improvement of Yao, muture skill of Novitziki, big - return of A. Stodamaire....

Please. Shaq isn't dominant now. He sure won't be dominant in 2 yrs. Shaq needs to retire. QUICK!

of course not, shaq is not as dominant before than he is now ... but they sure have a championship caliber team! apparently ...
