Breaking it down by position:
QB - 8 out of 10. I like both of your QB's, but if you look at past numbers for both QB's, I wouldn't expect anything better then the #'s they have already put up. In other words, low risk, good reward
RB - 9 out of 10. The only reason it's a 9 is your backups. Both Alexander and Jordan are top 10 RB's, especially if you are in a league where you get points for receptions (guessing you are in a free NFL or cbs.sportsline league, so probably not). However, Martin is a little long in the tooth and may be platooning this year with Cedric Houston. As for Williams, he is backing up one of the most injury plagued RB's in DeShaun Foster so I would definitely keep him at this point. If Foster stays healthy, do I expect Williams to put up big numbers? Not really, but since we are talking about D Foster, expect Williams to have a few starts this year as he will surely be the #2 (and who knows, maybe #1) RB by the end of camp.
WR - 8 out of 10. Wayne and Houshmandzadeh are two of the best #2 WR's on their respective teams. And they both fit the same scenario in fantasy football. If I were in a league that started 3 WR's, I would want a better, truer #1 WR in front of Wayne and Housh. As for Moulds, he has peculiar career numbers. He seems to play better in even years then in odd years. Check out his career numbers to see what I am talking about.
TE - 8.5 out of 10. I would have given you a 9 or 9.5, but Gonzalez is starting to show signs of depreciation. Since Putzier is obviously only a bye week sub, I would drop him and pick up either rookies Leonard Pope from AZ or Marcedes Lewis in Jax.
K - 8.5 out of 10. Should be in a good offense this year in Dallas, but he's a kicker. Maybe he deserves a 9, but kickers are so random and assuming you used a pick higher then the last two rounds to get him, you could have gotten better depth at another position and picked up a Matt Stover or someone similar in the last 2 rounds.
Def - 8.5 out of 10. The Seahawks should be improved defensively from last year as they picked up a stud OLB in Julian Peterson, the return of Safety Ken Hamlin, the improvement of stud-to-be Lofa Tatupu, and the 1st 2 draft picks being on a CB and DT. Also, the Hawks play SF twice a year. Again, Vikings should be a good bye week sub or starter when Seahawks play a great offense (i.e. Arizona).
Overall, I give your team an 8.5 out of 10. Not sure how you could pull it off, but you need a better #1 WR and maybe a QB with more potential. As for your question about McNair as a backup, as long as he stays healthy, he could be your starter, which is always a good sign.

You have an excellent team...and its surprising that you have both Shaun Alexander and L. Jordan (two players who usually go in the top 12. Reggie Wayne is a solid #1 and TJ is okay as your #2 considering how strong your running game is.
I don't love T. Green this year...with Herm Edwards at the helm...
It would help to know if you get points per reception...if so, T. Gonzalez may have been a nice pickup...but you have alot riding on KC... Mc Nair is a decent but not spectacular backup...no worries...someone will emerge.
QB is one of the easiest places to get a player... after the top few...there seems to be 14 or so that always muddle through with similar stats. The trick is finding who will be the top 2 or 3. Manning yes...after that it can be a crapshoot who emerges...and yet its not worth reaching for Manning in drafts usually.
Strong starters outside of QB, like Seahawks to even be better this year..an underated fantasy defense.
Weak backups...Martin is only fair in your league...but D Williams has upside with Foster so injury prone....
E. Moulds with a new team that hasn't had much success passing...interesting #3 WR...I prefer him deeper down the chart. Would have liked a Branch or Lee Evans, Reggie Brown to complement your starters. Moulds may benefit from A. Johnson...but Kubiak comes from Denver a run first team...we'll see. You may surprise with your pick...but its not the way I'm leaning. Putzier on the other hand is not a bad pick at TE...as Kubiak brought him over from Denver and has a comfort level with him.
Trent Green always starts slow, if you keep him avoid using him the first 4 or 5 games...find a QB that may get off to a hotter start than Green....and perhaps complement him...trade Mc Nair to someone with Moulds for a better WR if there are any takers.
Good luck.

The team looks good to me you have one of the most under-rated quarterbacks in the league in Trent Green. Shaun Alexander was a beast last year for the Seahawks, and Lamont Jordan is a solid running back. T.J. Housmandzadeh and Reggie Wayne are good #2 WR behind Chad Johnson and Marvin Harrison. Both offenses tended to score alot of points last season so it's never bad to have a WR from a team like that.
Tony Gonzalez is the best all around TE in the NFL, and Mike Vanderjagt is one of the best kickers in the game. The Seahawks defense is great! The Vikings defense is a solid back up and remember they play in the NFC North so they are bound to score some points. Steve McNair will have more targets than he had in Tennessee, which includes Todd Heap and Derrick Mason. Eric Moulds is an okay receiver, who is aging. You could go out and pick up a rookie WR like Santonio Holmes who will be taking over for Antwain Randal El. Martin is still a good back up, but you could go out and try to get a rookie running back like Reggie Bush, Laurence Maroney, or LenDale White to replace Williams. Putzier is alright put may not score you as many points as Vernon Davis or Kellen Winslow would.
Hope this helps.

You got Shaun Alexander, he alone on any given week can win you a game all by himself!
Trent Green has L. Johnson as his RB which means more teams will be more focused on stopping him. That opens up the passing game.
Reggie Wayne has P. Manning throwing to him...need I say more?
L. Jordan is a work horse and also a great reciever. Rumor has it his touches will increase this year...thankyou R. Moss!
T. Gonzalez...Still one of the top TE in the game: averages 9 TDs a season!
T.J- all the attention will be on Chad and Rudy Johnson and T.J is one of the best Second option WR in the game..see last years stats before the injury
Seahwaks D is still a force to be reckoned with and Vanderjagt, despite his rep is still ellite.
Your bench is great
S. Mcnair is still starting material is Green does'nt work out. Steve has Wr's,, 2 great RB, a great TE and Great D....interesting
C. Martin and Moulds may be older than Fungus but can still get the job done when needed.
Jeb's a good Te who is bound to have a breakout season very very, VERY soon.
For as bad as the Vikes did last year, if you check thier Def stats...they were actually rated very high and were very good.
You have a heck of a team!

To start off, your QB situation is somewhat weak. Steve McNair is alright as a backup and the same with Green, but you should look for a better starter. Your RB situation is great. Alexander was the league MVP afterall. You have decent WRs, though they will most likely not be your main source of points. Your TE, however, is outstanding, and should outperform most other TEs in the league, which will be a big help. Vanderjagt is an excellent kicker and usually gets a good number of long range field goals. And the Seahawks for a defense is excellent. I don't know who is a free agent in your league so it's hard to say who you could pick up, but there should definitely be a better starting QB out there for you.

WR's are solid...u could possibly trade to get a better one maybe... because although both are very talented they wont get as many catchs becuase of studs around them...ur TE is the best in the bussiness... and ur Def should b pretty good. drop williams. he may be useful later but no one else will put him on their roster so you are wasting a spot.
Running backs are great.
WR are both #2 option trade tj and martin for reggie brown and a better RB.
drop putzier for watson troupe or winslow
seahawks d is great!
vikings are good too. you may want to see if miami def is available though because they have a weak schedule that compliments the seahawks!
Mcnair may be good because he has a better line and heap and mason!

You picked great starting RBs if I do say so myself. I have LaMont Jordan and Shaun Alexander in my top-10 for RB rankings. You are going to get plenty of TDs, obviously, and with Jordan you can guess that he'll get 50 receptions this year. The depth behind him is sketchy though. Curtis Martin is behind a horrible OL with no interior (lost Mawae) and only D'Brick and Adrian Jones as good OTs. DeAngelo is a great keeper league back but if he's not starting he's worthless in a 10-team league.
Serviceable QBs, with Mason though, I expect huge things out of him this year especially with Mason/Heap. Green will put up lots of yardage but not necessarily the TDs that McNair will throw. I do believe Green is steady, less INTs and that with Gonzalez not blocking anymore, this will be great.
WRs are not too great especially since you don't have a certifiable #1. Houshmandzadeh is good but certainly not #2 material in a league with very few WRs. Try trading him and the Vikes D. Wayne will put up great numbers but he's not exactly the redzone target in Indy's high-octane offense. Eric Moulds shouldn't be your lone backup, look for a guy like Chambers in a trade.
Good TEs, KWII (Winslow) is on my team and I expect bigger things out of him rather than Putzier. But look for a guy like Heath Miller who is available in quite a few leagues. The only reason Gonzalez had a "down year" last year was mainly because of Willie Roaf's injury at T. Gonzo had to block, which is now not needed with Turley and Roaf back in action.
Good K and D, not a fan of having 2 Ds though. Trade bait? VanderSHANK (sorry mad Colts fan) will have another great fantasy season in Big D. Good offense, will have more kick opportunites there than he did at Indy.
The 'Hawks are a pretty respectable defensive team but the addition of Kelly Jennings hurts fantasywise. Jennings is a good CB but he's more of a McAlister as he's a great cover man but not a great INT guy. Still the DL is pretty lethal and the LBers are up to 'snuff.
Hope I helped.

Good team. The guy who said to drop williams has no idea what he is talking about. He could easily start over DeShaun Foster, and foster gets hurt too much anyway, good pick and trade bait. McNair could do ok in Baltimore and Moulds could have a good year next to A. Johnson. Running backs are solid and receivers/TE are good. Good K, and Seattle has a better D with Julian Peterson in the mix now.
