if u dont workout to b slim rather to get glow then its all in the eyes of the person watching u.. u dont have to glow for others.. rather for urself.. if u r mentally satisfied with wht workout u r doing and its giving results.. its great .. and for glowing.. 15 days of jogging, swimming, protein/carbohydrate diet (including eggs, milk, fish)..is enough.. dont over-eat..
take bath daily with soup, nice hair-style, clean clothes, contrast dressing... thats enough for someone to glow..

if you want to maintain a good figure ...you will always have to exercise...unfortunately it takes no time to get fat but can seem to take ferever to repair the damage!! :P
