Easy - i was in Monte Carlo (Monaco!) in May, they have the best prisons. all has a sea view, satallite Tv, and if the con doesn't like the food (Which is doubtful) they can order out for takeaway!

That is a good deal! And there is loads of room right now - 75/79 cells empty - they have one policeman per 40 citizens!!

When i went to the Maldives we passed a prison Island on route to our resort. The guide told us that the inmates had to spend the whole day outside in the full sun. The cells had the smallest windows for the least amount of ventilation! Not sure if what he told us was true. As for the location, is is one of the nicest places in the world!

Argentina. Since the end of the Dirty War, they've really cleaned up the prisons there...

I spent some time in a Buenos Aires jail... boy that was nice.

Sweden, many of the prisons let their inmates out during the day to continue their work and return at night,a bit like a hotel really!

ours have nice meals. more money is spent on a prison meal than a school dinner. surely offenders should eat what the dog left over.
